Sierra Club Florida

Groups - Regional

The strength of Sierra Club lies in the efforts of our local grassroots volunteers and our volunteer effort is focused in our hundreds of local Groups. Florida is divided into 18 Groups covering the entire state. See the map of the state to find the group in your area.

The Groups operate somewhat independently of the Florida Sierra Club. Each has its own Executive Committee, holds general meetings at times and locations that are convenient for them, organize outings, and monitor local conservations issues. They have no paid staff and are run completely by volunteers.
