The Miami Group has a long tradition of support for Environmental Education in Dade County Schools. We encourage students and enlighten teachers (grades 1 - 12) on environmental issues. We publish a newsletter called the Miami Eco-News which provides teachers with sources for environmental materials and informs students of events and issues. Each year we recognize the county's youngest environmentalists and their leaders with the presentation of our Miami Group Green Awards. More on Education
